Refund & Return Policy

Verdancey Agro Pvt. Ltd. stands behind the quality of every product we sell. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return: • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. • The original packaging and all included accessories must be intact. • The product must not have been tampered with or relabelled. • A valid purchase receipt or order ID must be provided. Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return unless they arrived in a defective condition.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to an exchange within 7 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange: • Contact our support team at support@verdancey.com or call our helpline within 7 days. • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order ID. • Our team will verify the claim and arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. • A replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after verification.

Follow these steps to initiate a return: 1. Contact us via email at support@verdancey.com or via WhatsApp within the return window. 2. Mention your Member ID, Order ID, and reason for return. 3. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. 4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. 5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Please do NOT ship items without prior confirmation from our support team. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method: • **Online Payments**: Refunded to the original card/UPI/bank account within 7–10 business days. • **Commission Wallet Credits**: For orders placed using wallet balance, the refund will be credited back to your Verdancey wallet. • **Cash on Delivery**: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) within 7–10 business days after providing bank details. Any shipping charges paid at the time of original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

The following are strictly non-refundable: • **Activation Amount (₹3,300)**: As per the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, the activation fee is a one-time business registration charge and is non-refundable under any circumstances. • Products that have been opened, used, or are past the 30-day return window. • Products damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or improper storage. • Digital products, documents, or training materials.

**Delivery Coverage**: We ship to all major cities and most pin codes within India. **Delivery Timeline**: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote areas may take 7–10 business days. **Shipping Charges**: Shipping is charged based on the order weight and delivery location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000 (applicable for regular product orders; activation kit delivery charges may apply). **Order Tracking**: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to monitor your shipment status. **Delays**: We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier network disruptions. We will keep you informed of any known delays.

Currently, Verdancey ships products within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This policy will be updated if international delivery becomes available in the future.
